90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Skinshed. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the full price you paid for the product. No forms, no hassle.
To request a refund, email us at warcosecom@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We may ask for a photo of the product. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to show on your statement.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 days, contact us and we'll reship your order or give you a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it's still covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
What's not covered
- Packages that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
- Packages refused at delivery or not collected from the carrier.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. If you live in the UK or the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
